Meruyert Tumabayeva
Founder and Managing Partner

Meruyert has 5 years of experience of work as an in-house lawyer at the large national airline with foreign participation, and 8 years of extensive practice in consulting business stakeholders on various issues. She specializes in corporate law, tax and labour law. She is a qualified litigator and represents clients at enforcement proceedings related to debt collection.

Ainur Akhmetova

Galimzhan Mukayev
Managing Partner

Galimzhan has more than 20 years of legal experience. He provided legal support to domestic companies entitled to the subsurface rights (oil) and companies, specializing in processing and exporting raw materials (metals and alloys), advised Clients (non-residents of Kazakhstan) on corporate issues with Kazakhstany stakeholders, consulted domestic veterinary companies in the period of adaptation of their business to requirements of Customs Union, and in light of the accession process of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the WTO, represented interests of major shareholders of financial institutions (insurance companies, pension funds, leasing companies, microcredit organizations, money exchange offices etc.)

Galimzhan's extensive experience includes work at central government bodies (Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Industry and Trade) was one of the drafters and a member of working group of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the bill in the spare of financial leasing.
